OVERCOME DEPRESSION
Depression is often described as a "black hole" that can feel inescapable.
- Practice mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress and increase positive emotions
- Reach out to friends and family for support. Social connections can be a buffer against depression
- Challenge negative thoughts and replace them with more realistic and positive ones
STAY SAFE AND DON'T LET DEPRESSION TO TAKE AWAY YOUR HAPINESS!!!!!!
